Our inhouse and collaboration team is made up of highly skilled consultants, personal chefs, and front of house specialists who have a passion for providing our clients with memorable experiences through cooking quality meals and providing excellent service. Our hand-selected chefs all have culinary degrees and several years of professional cooking experience, many having worked in fine-dining restaurants, HNWI Super Yachts, or five-star hotels alongside Michelin Star and awarding winning international Chefs.
Chef Vanessa Bayma
F&B Director/Founder
Chef Bayma's impressive portfolio includes works with (HNWI), royal families, renowned corporations, and celebrities. Her projects have taken her across borders, serving clients in the UAE, Kyrgyzstan, Oman, Kuwait, Qatar, Europe, South Africa, Saudi Arabia, Korea, and the United States. She has garnered numerous achievements, such as being named in the 2022 and 2023 Top Caterer Middle East list, directing F&B activations for prestigious events like the Red Sea International Film Festival and the MDL Beast Music Festival, designing menus for Cartier private viewing experiences, and orchestrating Michelin Chef VVIP dining experiences in KSA, among others. Chef Bayma holds certifications from London City and Guilds, is a member of the Emirates Culinary Guild, and actively contributes to The Dubai Chef Collective.
Jake Kuiper
COO/All Rounder
Jake, our COO and versatile team player, brings his vibrant South African heritage and friendly demeanor to the forefront. Whether he's grilling up delicious dishes, tending the bar, or orchestrating our staff, Jake ensures that your guests receive our utmost excellence. Additionally, as our resident health and fitness expert, he has been a certified coach since 2005, guiding clients in South Africa, Dubai, and beyond towards self-growth, fitness, and optimal health. Jake's expertise and passion contribute to creating remarkable experiences for our valued clientele.

Private Chef/Event Manager
Chef Demi is a seasoned and passionate culinary expert, boasting over a decade of experience catering to High Net Worth Individuals (HNWI) at upscale events across South Africa and the UAE. Specializing in both hot kitchen creations and pastry delights, she crafts uniquely tantalizing dishes, meticulously presented to perfection. With her keen attention to detail and adept management skills, Chef Demi brings her culinary magic to elevate any special occasion.
Chef Levon
Private Chef/Recipe Developer/Trainer
Hailing from India, Australia, USA and UK, Chef Levon became interested in cooking at the age of 14. He developed his fascination whilst keeping his mom company in the kitchen. He moved to Dubai at the age of 10 and grew up between countries, having the opportunity to explore international flavors first-hand.
Levon's understanding and perfection of the blends of different, yet select, cuisines and flavors shines whilst Catering to VVIP/HNWI clients.
Chef Andrea
Private Chef / Chef Personality
Chef Andrea is a vibrant and passionate Greek Canadian residing in Dubai for the past nine years. With a Culinary Arts degree and over 20 years of experience in the hospitality industry, she has excelled in renowned 5-star hotels, restaurants, and cruise ships. Apart from being a Private Chef, offering diverse cuisines and cooking classes, and an F&B Consultant, Chef Andrea K also was the esteemed host of the popular "What's Cooking UAE" Food TV Show, broadcasted on Fox and Start World. She's worked on multiple projects with CBC and she currently hosts exclusive private dining experiences in her own home, providing a unique and personalized culinary journey for her guests.
Chef Steve
Seasonal Private Chef
Steve has 25 years as a chef and a hospitality professional. His journey began working in Private Country House Hotels in Bonny Scotland developing both his skills and knowledge and confidence to work in all areas of the kitchen and operations including fine dining which had 2 rosettes and a red Michelin award and he also gained two silver culinary awards for his competition work.
Chef Steve then got his sea legs cooking for the British Royal family, Sir Jackie Stewart, and the late Sir Sean Connery on yacht charters.
Steve's philosophy is to help others and develop them and has extensive experience in training other chefs adding further benefits to of his Yacht Private Chef skills.
