Her insatiable curiosity and unwavering love for food have led her through diverse culinary roles, including Executive Chef, Catering Chef, and Consultant, spanning prestigious establishments such as hotels, resorts, private yachts, and exclusive residences. With an impressive two decades of hospitality experience under her belt, Chef Vanessa Bayma made a strategic move to establish her consulting and events firm, CBC Consultancy and Events, in partnership with TPHQ Events Management, operating out of the UAE and KSA.

 

Never one to shy away from culinary challenges, Chef Bayma's services encompass the entire spectrum, from conceptualization and menu creation to recipe development, large-scale event management, private chef services, product development, training, and evaluations. Her boundless fascination with flavor combinations and experimental cooking is elegantly balanced with a keen sense of showmanship and astute business acumen, all aimed at delivering exceptional experiences to her clients and their customers.

Chef Bayma's illustrious career has seen her collaborate with High Net Worth Individuals, royal families in KSA and UAE, renowned football and reality TV stars, as well as major corporations such as Mastercard and General Mills. Her projects transcend borders, as she has lent her expertise to clients in diverse locations, including the UAE, Kyrgyzstan, Saudi Arabia, Korea, and the United States.

 

Among her many accolades and achievements, Chef Bayma boasts being named on the prestigious 2022 and 2023 Top Caterer Middle East list,  a featured CNN interview in 2024, orchestrating Mastercard priceless live-stream cooking shows during the pandemic, spearheading all F&B activations for the Red Sea International Film Festival 2022 and 2023, and directing the VVIP F&B sector of the MDL Beast Music Festival 2019. She has also crafted menus for exclusive Cartier private viewing experiences, managed F&B operations for Michael Kors' royal private viewings, and even served as a referee on the popular TV show "Kitchen Killadi." Her culinary expertise extends to panel discussions at Gulfood, earning two Silver Medals at the Golden Torque ME, and orchestrating Michelin Chef VVIP dining experiences in KSA, among many other accomplishments.

 

Chef Bayma holds board certification with the London City and Guilds, is an esteemed member of the Emirates Culinary Guild, and remains an active participant in The Dubai Chef Collective, further solidifying her status as a luminary in the culinary world.
