  • Kachumber Salad

(Salad made with combination of chopped onion, cucumber, tomatoes, green chili and chopped coriander in a lime dressing)

  • Hara Bara Salad

(Salad made with mixed greens and fresh crunch vegetables such as carrot, peppers, radish and onion)

  • Mix Pakoras (onion, potatoes, cauliflower, eggplant are dipped in gram flour batter and deep fried to make fabulous fritters served with mint chutney and tamarind sauce)

  • Cocktail Samosa (deep friend conical shaped flavored pastry filled with mash potatoes mixture served with mint chutney)

  • Chaana Chat (Salad of boiled chick peas mixed with tomato, onion, chutney and spices topped with chopped coriander)

  • Paneer Tikka Masala (Paneer cubes marinated in spiced yoghurt and grilled in tandoor, finished in onion tomato masala)

  • Dal Makhani  (Slow-cooked black lentils overnight and cooked with tomato sauce and finished with cream)
